She lays down way it should be done, what to expect if you follow her plan and how to do it. She shares her experience and knowledge, giving it out in an easy to comprehend way.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book, her style of writing and the information will be delved back into again and again. She inspires and motivates the reader to get up, get-out, cut-down and be happy.
The one bug bear is that it is very American, the food references very irrelevant in Europe at times. On the whole the book is a great addition to any bookshelf but especially if you want to lose weight, keep it off and feel good too.
Some easy to follow recipes make the whole process less of an ordeal and a list of 12 super foods to boost your mood, what to eat for a calming influence and the best bit of all chocolate and wine is good for you.
